We set it up to answer only from your information: your hours, menu, services and policies. When it does not know, it hands off to you.
Is AI expensive for a small business?
Most of the tools we use cost a small monthly fee. We start small and only add what pays for itself.
Can the chat assistant speak Spanish?
Yes. It can answer in English or Spanish based on how the customer writes.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We set everything up and train you. Most tools run on their own once they are working.
What does missed-call text back do?
When you miss a call, the caller automatically gets a text, like “Sorry we missed you, how can we help?” so the conversation keeps going.
