Who we are

Elevando Solutions is a DBA of ElevateTech Solutions LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. These terms apply to every project we do for you, together with the written plan and quote you approve before work starts.

Prices and quotes

Prices on our website are starting prices. Before any work starts, you get a written plan with the scope, timeline and a fixed price. That price does not change unless you ask for work outside the agreed scope, and we always quote extra work before doing it.

Paying for your project

Branding, logo design, print design and other non-website services are paid in full before work starts. Website projects can be paid in full up front or with a payment plan.

Website payment plans

Payment plans are available for website projects only. You pay 50% to start, and the remaining 50% is split into equal monthly payments over 3 or 6 months, whichever you choose. The first monthly payment is due 30 days after the down payment. Your schedule is written into your plan before we begin.

Missed payments

If a payment is late, we will reach out to you first. You have a 10-day grace period from the due date. If the payment is still missing after that, your website is paused (taken offline) until the account is caught up. Once you pay, we put it back online within one business day.

Who owns what

Your domain is registered in your name and is always yours. When your project is paid in full, the website, its design, content and files are yours as well. With a payment plan, ownership of the website transfers to you after the final payment; until then it stays on our hosting. Branding files are delivered once they are paid in full.

Hosting, care plans and changes

We host and look after your website. Care plans and edit credits are billed separately and cover updates, backups, security and changes. If you ever decide to leave, we help you move your website and domain once your account is paid up.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos, text and other materials you give us for your project.

Cancellations

You can cancel a project at any time. Payments already made cover the work completed up to that point and are not refunded once work has started. Any remaining balance for work already delivered is still due.
